Aylmer Lodge Cookley Partnership are trying new ways to make sure that our patients get the right appointment at the right time. With this in mind, we have tweaked our appointment system slightly to try and improve patient access.

From the 2nd October, if you require an appointment you should telephone on the day that you need to be seen. You will be booked into an appropriate appointment slot – this may be a face to face or a telephone consultation. You can also book these appointments on-line if you have patient access.

If you require an appointment in the future, there are some appointments available which you can also book by telephone or online. If you cannot book a Pre bookable appointment, you can still telephone on the day you require the appointment and you will be seen.
