Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month

March is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month
Did you know that 7,500 women in the UK are diagnosed with ovarian cancer each year? That’s around 20 women every day.

Early diagnosis can save lives, so it’s important to know the symptoms:
 Bloated tummy
 Needing to wee more often
 Tummy pain
Always feeling full
Ovarian cancer can affect women of any age but is more common in those over 50. If you’ve had any of these symptoms for 4 weeks or more, and they’re new to you, please don’t ignore them – speak to your GP.Â
